She has developed a business model to integrate visioning, stories and ideas with technology and strategic business planning to develop the EnvisionFirst™ business planning software that provides a platform to see your business come to life while working with a Business Strategy coach to guide you through the details of starting a business.

Arndres holds a Bachelors of Science in Financial Management from Johnson & Wales University, and is currently in pursuit of her Masters of Science in Computer Technology with a focus in IT Business Analysis from Purdue University. Additionally she obtained certificates in both Project Management and Business Analysis from Bryant University. Arndres has held leadership roles in both not for profit and for profit organizations and specializes in Business Analysis and Operations.
